Bug#251376: yelp: Opens help-books in gvim

After upgrading, I have this machine in which the help documents are
opened in raw xml in gvim, instead of being processed and displayed
inside yelp (that is: I click on a link on yelp and a gvim window opens
with the xml inside; it is more or less the same if I ask for help from
an app: yelp starts and opens a gvim with the xml)
The upgrade in another machine does not show this problem.
