Bug#279225: gdesklets: memo fails to display if the file contains "&"

Memo gdesklet does not display the file, if the file contains ampersand. 
If "~/.gdesklets/memo" contains "test & test", the memo produced on the 
  screen is empty
If "~/.gdesklets/memo" contains "test test", the memo produced on the 
  screen displays correctly "test test"
