Hello,

gnome-sound-recorder doesn't work. I have tried ALSA and OSS as source 
but it doesn't make any differences. The sound isn't recorded but the 
file for saving is not null size ! I have also tried different 
qualities: CD, voice, without a better result.

Then, it is impossible to "listen" because it makes an error with ALSA. Try:
1/ record something
2/ play one time
3/ play again (or maybe more) and this error always appears in a popup:

Internal GStreamer error: pad problem.  File a bug.


The same problem is also sometimes present with OSS, but it seems that 
OSS prefers to freeze gnome-sound-recorder.

My sound-card: SB Live!.
