Package: gnome-session
I experience a problem when i install large number of TrueType fonts (about 300) into my system. GNOME desktop fails to start up. I log in via GDM, splash screen appears and the system starts doing something with my HDD. After a minute X restarts and i see GDM again.
Looks like fc-cache is called durng every startup. Probably it takes too long time to process all fonts and this leads to triggering some knind of freeze-protector which kills GMONE starter and restarts X.
Is there any way to disable fc-cache execution on every GNOME startup?
