Bug#280111: gdesklets: Starterbar doesn't work anymore with 0.31.1-1 or 0.30-1

The GDesklets starterbar desklet is broken - when using the current gdesklets 
package from sid or experimental it only shows a black dot.

The gdesklets-data package has version 0.30.0.17 thus starterbar version 0.30 - 
no changes when using the newer starterbar 0.31.
When downgrading to gdesklets from sarge it works again.
