Bug#280162: scrollkeeper: scrolkeeper-update -q produces segmentation fault

Issuing command scrollkeeper-update -q produces segmentation fault. This
prevents normal installation at least of two packages:  seahorse and
conglomerate. Since this command segfaults dpkg issues errors and this prevents
package from instalation
