Bug#281063: gnome-common: automake-1.4 does not suppor --copy --force options

  Hi,

  The patch introduced in this version of gnome-common about using
  --copy --force options in all calls, breaks for automake-1.4 as it
  does not support any of these options. They both should be removed.
