Hi,

That's not a real problem, just a warning displayed but
update-desktop-database (which is called in the postinst for the
package) and a .desktop file is probably not parsed because of it. The
only .desktop file I've found bugged in this way for the moment is
a /usr/share/applications/mplayer.desktop having duplicate entries. Do
you have a mplayer package installed ?
