I did deposited in Europe (Security Company ) which i deposited as 
personal effects as the former president advised, as the other deposits 
documents have been consficated and seized by the the government of 
Madam Gloria, the present President. 

But, this one is the only one they could not see, as I did kept the 
documents with one of my close confidant, who was also arrested. The 
Amount being deposited is much about 21.9 Million United States 
Dollars, As this was the money that was supposed to be used by the 
President to aquire some properties in America, Europe and Africa. 

All, I want from you, now is honesty and sincerity, as, as soon as this 
money is claimed by you, I will look for a way out and sneaked out of 
Philippines and travel down to meet you, so we can go into a life time 
partnership together,in investing this money in your country or  
anywhere else you prefer.  For assisting in the claims, you will be 
entitled to 30% while myself and one other partner will be entitled to 
60%, while the 10% will be mappped out for charity organisations and 
any expenses your might incure during the course of prosecuting this 
project.

I need not to remind you of the confidentiality which this transaction 
demands. Keep this proposal secret, even if you dont want to assist me.
