Version: 2.2.0.1-1
Severity: normal

Hi. I have an edge panel which has a black background. If I add a
clock applet to it, it too is all-black, and so is invisible. On gnome
1.4 the applet had a grey background, and would thus be visible, but
there doesn't seem to be a way to change the background color on the
clock applet in gnome 2.x.
