Bug#283592: gnome-panel-screenshot doesn't launch with Print key

gnome-panel-screenshot doesn't get launched when pressing the Print or
Alt+Print keys. Changing the keybindings for these actions to any other
key just works, but the Print Screen key should be the one taking a
screenshot...

The Print key is recognized by the gnome-keybindings-properties dialog,
so this key is perfectly working.
