For gdmgreeter, I use a theme with a face browser ("Happy Gnome with
browser"). When I choose a user by double-clicking on his face (or by
simple-clicking and then hit <return>), password is asked. I then type
the password (At this point, I can enter the password, or anything
else, it is the same), and password is asked another time (without
saying that the password is wrong, nore displaying any error). Then,
entering the password another time, it's OK.
If I choose the user without face browser (typing the username with
keyboard), the problem is not present : just entering the password
once is OK.
