Actually I didn't have the unstable mirrors in sources.list, only
testing and experimental. When I tried netselect-apt unstable, it wrote
the file but never found mirrors. I did get the unstable versions and
all seems to be well. Still no clue why netselect-apt isn't grabbing
mirrors...
