package: libgnomeprint2.2-0
version: 2.8.0.1-1

The package depends on libcupsys2-gnutls10 (>= 1.1.20final-1), but
seemingly naming scheme of libcupsys2-gnutls10 is lexically different.

So package libcupsys2-gnutls10 with higher version (1.1.20final+rc1-9)
which is available in unstable right now, because "+" is lower than "-" in
ASCII table, is considered lower version.

I do not know what is the right version numbering convention, so I can not
propose a solution. Could be that you are OK, and the bug needs to be
filed against libcupsys2-gnutls10.

---------------------------------------------------
# apt-get install libgnomeprint2.2-0
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  libgnomeprint2.2-0: Depends: libcupsys2-gnutls10 (>= 1.1.20final-1) but
1.1.20final+rc1-9 is to be installed
                      Depends: libgnomecups1.0-1 (>= 0.1.12) but it is not
going to be installed

dpkg's package versions and the version comparison algorithm are documented at
http://www.nl.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-controlfields.html#s-f-Version

Testing this situation:
	dpkg --compare-versions '1.1.20final+rc1-9' '>=' '1.1.20final-1' && \
	echo "Things are just fine"
results in
	Things are just fine

apt is reporting all dependencies that are (as yet) unmet; the
libgnomecups1.0-1 one is what's causing you problems. Do
	apt-get install libgnomecups1.0-1
to figure out what your real issue is.
