Bug#303023: tsclient shows wrong i18n messages

Package: tsclient
Version: 0.132-3

the i18n messages of tsclient
in its .mo and .desktop files
are double utf-8 coded for the
locale zh_TW (maybe also for
gr and hu), there should be also
a png file under
/usr/share/pixmaps/tsclient/banner-zh.png
you may download them from
http://rt.openfoundry.org/Foundry/Project/Download/?Queue=3D133
