Package: gksu
Version: 1.2.2-1
Severity: normal

Hello,

I access my laptop remotely using XDCMP remote login. Any program using
gksu on the remote machine segfaults when I use it. This does not happen
when I am logged on directly to the laptop.

Running through gdb I see the following backtrace:

#0 0x4055ba73 in strlen () from /lib/tls/libc.so.6
#1 0x404720ee in g_strdup () from /usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so.0
#2 0x4002d199 in gksu_context_error_get_type () from
/usr/lib/libgksu1.2.so.0
#3 0x4002d6a5 in gksu_context_run () from /usr/lib/libgksu1.2.so.0
#4 0x0804a0d6 in main ()

I hope this helps,
Many thanks,
Christian
