When I upgraded gnome-panel and deps to their experimental versions,
clicking on a launcher caused the panel to crash.  Investigation
revealed the cause:

gnome-panel: relocation error: gnome-panel: undefined symbol:
gnome_desktop_item_set_launch_time

libgnome-desktop has got new API calls, but the shlibs were not
increased, so gnome-panel 2.10 only depends on libgnome-desktop-2 2.8
not 2.10.
