Bug#305842: gnome-system-tools: "Maximum GID" says "Minimum GID" in users-admin

In the "Settigs for profile ..." dialog box of users-admin
the text that should say "Maximum GID" says "Minimum GID".
The patch below should fix this.

To access this dialog box, start users-admin and choose 
Add User, Advanced, Edit User Profiles, Default, Properties.
