Bug#322354: gtk2-engines-industrial misses cursors/sb_left_arrow

The theme comes with a cursors/sb_right_arrow file but the sb_left_arrow
is missing.

The sb_right/left_arrow occurs in icewm that I am using when switching
the desktop by using the mouse via edge-switching. The left arrow looks
like the X11/cursors/core.theme arrow instead of the white Industrial
cursor.
