reboot

Package: gnome-media
Version: 2.8.0-0.4
On Debian 3.1 Sarge right after installing audio driver,
gnome-volume-control works. However, after a reboot, trying to open
gnome-volume-control agian will output this error message:
Sorry, no mixer elements and/or devices found.
It will exit after that and a user will not be able to adjust any audio
level. This seems to be the only issue so far as a user still can use
alsamixer to adjust audio level. XMMS and Totem still work.
Reinstall audio driver will make gnome-volume-control work again. But
reboot will cause similar issue again.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install audio driver. Check gnome-volume-control and it would work.
2. Reboot machine. Check gnome-volume-control and it would not work.
