Bug#342882: gnome: add comment inside ~/.recently-used as to who's responsible

The file ~/.recently-used should contain a comment saying what program(s)
put it there...

It is apparently read by at least gpdf, and seems to be related to
$ grep Group\> .recently-used |sort -u
      <Group>Eye of Gnome</Group>
      <Group>OpenOffice.org</Group>
      <Group>gimp</Group>
      <Group>gpdf</Group>
