Bug#293305: gdb output

Hi Andrew

Good hint!
it happened the following: open balsa, push the "new message" button  
(or "reply" or the corresponding menu items), then the window appears  
without any widgets into, after that the crash dialog appear.

With your suggestion, I have tried the following: i have moved the  
addressbook file (which indeed contains multiple addresses) away.
After that, the bug soes not show. Indeed, this time I'm using balsa  
itself to answer to you.
