Package: gnome
Severity: normal

When I logout and relogin to gnome, it resets the desktop background to
gray. If I run the gnome control center and check the background
setting, it is still set to the color I previously entered. If I alter
the setting, like change to horizontal gradient then back to solid
color, the set color takes effect. This repeats every time I logout and
log back in.
