Hi,

After a recent upgrade of GDM, I logged out to find an error message
explaining that the GDM daemon was running a different version to the
currently installed version of GDM and that I should restart the daemon
(that's from memory, I'm not sure how to reproduce it). I restarted the
daemon via /etc/init.d/gdm (which I needed to do twice to get rid of the
error). Upon restarting, GDM listed only the following sessions
available to be lauched:

    * Last
    * 1. Default System Session
    * Failsafe Gnome
    * Failsafe Xterm

Hi

gdm 2.6 is in sarge. 2.4 was not in woddy. Closing this bug
report per the problem is fixed (hickups during gdm to
freedesktop format/directories are long gone).

Those reports seems like an aggregation of the PATH bug
(10 seconds error because the time tester was not found),
the session files migration and other packages providing the
session files not yet up to date. All are fixed yet.

If i misunderstood one of the report, feel free to reopen the
bug.

Regards
Alban
