Bug#295274: glabels: Print dialog not sized properly

Glabels does not properly size the list widget containing the list of
printers.  This results in a one-line display of printers, which you
have to scroll through to find the one you want.

Other applications seem to have the right idea, gedit for instance:

It's annoying, but at least the app is still usable.  Well, as usable as
a Gnome application ever is.
