Why are we disabling the entire GTK testsuite because of a static linking failure? I would rather have the static libraries not included (they aren't useful on mips with the stated problem anyhow), and run all of the testsuite that doesn't require the static libs/binaries. Testsuites are a good thing. Let's use as much of it as we can, rather than disabling it all.
