I have added you to the GNOME maintainers list. The instructions on how
to use the SVN repository are in gnome-pkg-tools's README.Debian (it's
pretty straightforward).

I have prepared an updated package, the sources are in the repository:

I have abandoned the idea of gtk2-engines-dev; it's way too stupid to
introduce a new package for one single file, especially when it is 176
bytes long and doesn't contain any useful information at all. The only
source package needing it is gnome-themes, so it can go as well in this
package's source tree.

Please warn me if you upload a new package before me: I have to upload
gnome-themes simultaneously.
