Bug#296146: gnome-themes: suddenly almost all the icons do not work anymore in my desktop

Package: gnome-themes
Version: 2.8.2-2
Severity: important

I've just upgraded my laptop and now all my icons are not available anymore.
My computer, my home, trash, folders and so on are completely broken and I can
see only the default horrible white sheet. If I change theme the situation doesn't
change and I can't see any error shown. Besides, in my gnome-control-center panel,
only three objects has the nice icon, other ones are the same default white sheet.

thanks
Christian
