Description of Problem:
When trying to enable the Emacs keybindings in Gnome, I noticed the
preference "Text editing shortcuts" missing from the menu. This set of
preferences is needed to enable the Emacs keybindings (AFAIK).
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open gnome-keybinding-properties
2. look for Text editing shortcuts
3. press the Help button
4. compare table 11-25 (Keyboard Shortcuts Preferences) with actual
display
5. notice missing dialog element
Actual Results:
Dialog element is not displayed
Expected Results:
Dialog element "Text editing shortcuts" is available
How often does this happen?
Whenever I try to configure Gnome keybindings (checked with one other
person on IRC (Philipp Huegelmeyer aka hygl))
