Package: balsa
Version: 2.2.6-1
Severity: normal
Given an entry in a vcard-addressbook like:
"BEGIN:VCARD
VERSION:3.0
FN:Joe
N:Doe;
EMAIL;INTERNET:joe@foo
EMAIL;INTERNET:doe@bar
END:VCARD"
In balsa I set this addressbook to expand its aliases as I type. Then I compose
a new message and choose as receiver joe@foo, which is automatically
expanded. Sending such a mail fails with following output from balsa:
From sbrandmair@gmx.net: 250 OK
To ° 9ir: 501 <° 9ir>: "@" or "." expected after "°Â"
Or some other obscure output.
The message is not send, but left in the outbox. A closer look at the mail in
the outbox shows that to "To:"-Header is not set right:
To: Joe Doe: joe@foo, doe@bar;
I think it should be something like
To: Joe Doe <joe@foo>
This behaviour doesn't occur if the vcard-entry has only one email-address.
