Bug#286890: gdm starts X server, then gdm greeter dies

Few days ago new gdm version - 2.6.0.6 entered to debian unstable.
Could you reproduce your bug with this version ? If gdm 2.6.0.6 starts
correctly on your system then please add tag "sarge" to this bug.
