Bug#288743: gnome-cpufreq-applet: support to change the current governor (not the freqs)

I would like to see in g-c-a the support to change (from the applet)
the current governor (not the freqs). Now we have the further 'ondemand' 
governor so an option to change on-the-fly among:

- performance governor;
- ondemand governor;
- powersave governor.

could be usefull.
