Bug#275960: /usr/bin/dia-gnome: Another instance of color corruption

I too am experiencing this problem on both my laptop and desktop (I'm reporting
from the laptop but they are both running testing). The only interesting
difference between the error messages is that the line number reported by
dia-python is different:

  laptop - (dia-python:5621)
  desktop - (dia-python:12265)

The expected output on white background is fine when export is run from within
Dia. This makes me think there is an error in dia-python library (could someone
direct me to that file?) which only occurs under certain conditions. Has this
error been reported upstream? any response?
