Well, I did nothing extraordinary - the mentioned another source should 
be experimental repository only, because I don't have nothing else than 
debian unstable, testing and experimental sources in my sources.list.
Your proposal works [I installed everything from unstable, what results 
in downgrading libspeex1 from 1.1.6-1 to 1.0.rel.4-1], but:
apt-get -u build-dep libxine1

I think Matt was right, when he wrote:
"Sounds like possibly two of the libraries in the stack are built 
against different versions of libflac (which conflict due to a mistake)."
Looking at lots of threads on flac problems - I'm not very happy to have 
liblac4 removed at this time [with lots of applications] and have 
installed libflac6.
Is there other possibility how to deal with making missing debug 
package? If not, I'll swallow a bitter pill and install libflac6.
