Bug#289960: gnome-panel: Panel with Workplace-Switcher and Window-List disappears

I have a panel with a workplace switcher and a window list applet and this
panel somethimes disappears when I use certain programs. The last time
it happened with totem but it happened with other programs before. I'm
not sure how you can make it happen it just sometimes happens. You can
do the same things another time and the panel does not disappear.

After I kill gnome-panel and it is restarted the panel is back.
