Bug#289877: libart-2.0-dev: libart_lgpl_2.so has possible bad symlink

Hi,

this bug could only happen on rare condition when when doing partial
upgrade from woody.  It is not critical nor security, so it won't be
propagated to woody anyway.  And it's already fixed in testing/unstable.
