Video is H.263 for which the ffmpeg plugin is necessary. GStreamer won't
be able to play the sound (QDesign Music Codec v2) for which xine-lib
will use the Quicktime DLLs.
So the "won't play" is correct, unless you have gst-ffmpeg installed.
