Bug#290699: libgtk2.0-0: Can select horizontal rule in File->Save dialogue box

If you add a folder to the default list, it is shown in the side 
pane of the expanded selector as being after a horizontal rule
which is after the default options.

When you next use the dialogue box, the "Save in folder" combo now has 
your new folder added as well as the horizontal rule. It is possible to 
select the horizontal rule and press "Save".

I would expect that either the horizontal rule not be shown in the 
combo, or not be selectable.
