Your package installs the starthere .desktop files into /etc/X11/starthere
as per upstream (AFAIK). However this is relatively icky from a Debian point
of view because:
1. These files shouldnt/dont need to be edited by the sysadmin and therefore
should be located in a /usr/share/ subdirectory. Placing them in /etc/ flags
them as conf files which they are in fact not.
2. /etc/X11/starthere is not apropriate anyway as nautilus is not directly
related to X11 to justify this. If you insist on locating them in /etc a
/etc/nautilus[2] or /etc/gnome[2] location is much more apropriate
Cheers
