 That's really weird.  Could you provide me with the file you have
 trouble with?  Can you open it with vim or emacs?  Could it be a
 hardware failure (see "dmesg"), such as a disk or RAM problem?

 Please test with the file I've sent, are both files (yours and mine)
 the same?
