Well, the two gnome panels.
I think i understand what is happening now, as far as nautilus is concern=
ed,
there is only one desktop surface, starting at the top/left corner of the
higher/lefter screen. So the icons which where on the left side of the si=
ngle
headed desktop are now naturally on the left side of the leftmost desktop=
,
even if it is not the primary one. On the other side, the gnome panel see=
m to
respect the primary desktop.=20
So i suppose that this sums up to the gnome panel placement respecting
Xinerama/mergedfb-pseudoxinerama, and the nautilus icon placement not
respecting it.
This bug is probably to put in the same category as the other icon
dissapearing when resizing bug we discussed on irc : #206038
