this is not really a bug issue. Your package depedns on xlibs-dev
which is a transitional package from woody upgrades. Since 2.10
is still in experimental (and won't go into sarge)  and that
 dependency changes of this scale are risky could you try
changing it before it reach unstable where this transition would
be harder ?
