Gdm proposes the right list of available language (so this bug does not seem
to be linked to 277953), but when I choose the language fr_FR.UTF-8 (or
fr_FR.UTF-8@euro), I got an error message saying "Language fr_FR.UTF-8 does
not exist, using system default".

But the locale fr_FR.UTF-8 works perfectly when I enter into X using the
startx command line from console.

I try the gnome-session and the openbox environment from gdm, and I get
the same error in both case.

Curiously, if I choose the locale "de_DE.UTF-8" I get no error in gdm.
