Bug#282150: gnome-panel already running in gnome v2.10, too

the message also appears in gnome v2.10 not only in gnome v2.8.
so I tried `rm -r ~/.gnome*`
and did again, removed 1 gnome-panel setting in ~/.gnome2/session
(in there, 2 gnome-panels exist as I run two - menu panel & taskbar panel -, but to solve such an error.)
Since I re-edited my session from gnome-session editor not to execute
no gnome-id'ed gnome-panel like  id3583053~!~@#~!,
the message appeared again.
