Bug#317935: nautilus: Share folder dialog's help button does not work

The Help button in the 'Share folder' dialog does not work. To
reproduce:

1. Open any folder in Nautilus file browser
2. Right-click on folder, choose 'Share folder' in popup menu
3. Click Help button

I don't know the location in the Gnome2 User Guide that this button
points to; the version of the User Guide in Debian is 2.6; note that I
couldn't find a reference to 'Sharing folders' in the online User Guide
at http://www.gnome.org/learn/users-guide/2.10/.
