Bug#318324: nautilus doesn't show up after upgrade to xserver-xorg

After upgrading to xserver-xorg, nautilus was running but nothing was
displayed on the desktop (no icons, blue background). I am using a
custom theme (Controls = Cleanice / Window Border = Amaranth / Icons =
Gartoon). After setting gnome theme back to the default one and logging
in again, nautilus was back, and i could set the theme back as i had
before.
