Bug#318457: libgamin0: please provide libfam0

Package: libgamin0
Version: 0.1.1-1
Severity: important

As you may have noticed, there is an ongoing C++ transition, in the
course of which libfam0c102 has changed its name back to libfam0. As
libgamin lacks any C++ gunk, it is trivially compatible with both C++
ABIs and should therefore provide both names. It should almost
certainly also go ahead and switch to specifying libfam0 in its shlibs
file.

(Incidentally, it might also be useful for gamin to provide fam for
the sake of programs such as stopmotion that explicitly depend on the
daemon for whatever reason.)

Thanks.
