Bug#320449: gdesklets: Desklet positions not saved

I upgraded to the new versions of gdesklets and gdesklets-data today
(since starterbar was broken), but now the positions of the desklets are
not saved anymore. Instead, the windows are put to the center of my
IceWM desktop, which is quite annoying.
