 What manual are you talking about?

 I know of:
 - "Configuration Editor Manual" (docs/C/gconf-editor.xml) which is
   lang=en upstream and in Debian, and only lang=en
 - "User manual for the GConf Editor application"
   (docs/C/gconf-editor-C.omf, also titled "Configuration Editor
   Manual") which is just a help file wrapper, it's for "C" locale, ie.
   english only,
 - the gconf-editor(1) manual page (docs/gconf-editor.1), which is only
   in english.

 Or were you talking of the de.po translation of the gconf-editor
 runtime messages?

 Please give some details on the manual files you miss and the manual
 you're talking about.
