Package: gedit
Version: 2.6.2-1
Severity: wishlist

I usually work with files written in different languages. I would like
gedit to remember that last time I edited file X, I enabled spellchecking
for language Y (even if my locale setting is different). This would save
me a lot of interactions with the "tools" menu.
I don't think that the actual defaults of the spellchecking plugin are
sound.
